Introduction about our service

First of all, a diploma or certificate is not always required except for some occupations. However, experience in your field is necessary. In some cases, the employer may provide training for one or two weeks, or for a longer period, depending on the job and the employer..

Applicants must prepare and upload their own professional CV related to their field of experience.

Based on the country you choose, we will search for job opportunities and an employment contract in that country. Job availability and conditions depend on the selected country.

Start up:

We conclude a legally binding contract through a certified notary for a period of three (3) or six (6) months, depending on your choice. During this period, we actively search for job opportunities in your selected country, identify suitable positions, and coordinate with relevant companies and employers that match your profession and experience, thereby significantly increasing your chances of employment.

The Interview:

Once an interview is scheduled, you will be informed in advance. You may choose to attend the interview either in person at our office or online, according to your preference.
If you are selected after the first interview, any subsequent interviews will be conducted online, and you will not be required to visit the office again.
Online interviews can be arranged from the beginning for all candidates, regardless of where they live.

Preparation:

Once an interview is scheduled, you must contact us at least one hour and a half before the interview, whether the interview is conducted online or at our office.

During this preparation time, we will prepare and support you before the interview, help you feel confident, and guide you through the interview process. We will provide you with most of the questions commonly asked in your interview, based on your job field and employer.

We can also participate in the interview as an interpreter if you do not speak English. In many job fields, language is not mandatory; what matters most are your skills, experience, and professional knowledge.

We will do our best to support you and increase your chances of getting your employment contract approved.

1 - Apply at the office

The no-deposit option is designed for clients who prefer to proceed only after receiving their employment contract. We fully understand this approach, and in this section, we aim to provide complete transparency about the process.

First, you will need to select the country where you wish to work.

Next, we will calculate our service fees based on the annual income associated with the job position. Our fee structure is based on the equivalent of 18 months of salary.

For calculation purposes, if a position offers a salary range (for example, €15 to €20 per hour), we will always use the highest rate in the range, which in this case is €20 per hour.

Example calculation:
€20 × 160 working hours per month = €3,200 monthly income
€3,200 × 18 months = €57,600
In addition, a fixed fee of €2,000 will be added to cover our job search services, employer outreach, and interview preparation/support.

The total amount will therefore depend on the salary level of the position you choose and the country where you wish to work.

For example, if you receive an employment contract and work permit from your employer with a salary of €17.50 per hour, the final amount will be recalculated at the notary office based on the confirmed salary stated in your contract.

The calculation will be as follows:

€17.50 × 160 working hours per month = monthly income
The monthly income × 18 months
€2,000 fixed fee covering job search services, employer outreach, and interview support.

If the recalculated final amount is lower than the amount initially secured, the remaining balance will be returned to you accordingly.

The total agreed amount will be secured through a legal notary office, where both parties will sign a legally binding contract.

Once the contract has been signed, neither party may withdraw from the agreement during the contractual period of either three months or six months, depending on the duration specified in the notarized contract. This period represents the maximum validity term of the agreement.

Both parties shall be fully bound to respect and comply with all terms, obligations, and conditions set out in the signed contract.

If you receive your employment contract within the three-month or six-months period, the amount will be retained as our service fee. If we fail to secure an employment contract within the three-month period or six-months, you will be entitled to a full refund of the deposited amount.

If you wish to apply for this service you will need to visit out office.
